X-Confero is the product of the Xavier’s Management Society’s ideology in pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones and continuing to examine the need for progress. We have realised a responsibility in offering a platform for the city’s young minds to debate about their beliefs and theories, thereby creating a union mark intellectualism and pragmatism based on rationality. Students from St. Xavier’s College as well as other universities participate in several strenuous dialogues to reach the finals and win accolades accompanied by enticing internships.
