X-Orate was a new addition to the previous year’s event calendar of the Xavier’s Management Society. The rationale behind launching this event was to motivate the students to be hopeful and not lose sight of their aspirations in the midst of the pandemic. The vision of this event is to instill the importance of hardwork in the minds of the students to achieve success. The inspiring stories of influential personalities act as motivation for the students to accomplish their goals in life. X-orate’20 – ‘Igniting the Leader in You’ was a tribute to the fortitude and heroism of the nation’s Covid Warriors who have inspired each individual to become better people even at times of uncertain circumstances. The Keynote address was delivered by our honourable guest Mr. Suresh Narayanan, MD and CEO of Nestle India.
