St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata hosts the annual Xavier’s Management Convention, an internationally recognized management conclave. It serves as a rallying point for management students in India, as well as students around the world, allowing them to put themselves in the shoes of corporate executives and focus on pressing business concerns.

Each academic year concludes with the annual Xavier’s Management Convention. Every year, we have students from colleges like SRCC, Christ University and NMIMS among others. The meet lasts two days and includes eleven events, covering all the various fields of management. It also includes the main event, The Best Manager. The topic of the last edition of XMC was Ascension – A Cosmic Crusade 2021.

XMC’21 was graced by Mr Rajat Sharma (Chairman, India TV), Ms. Anupriya Goenka (Indian Actress and Model), Mr. Frances Miralles and Mr. Hector Garcia (Co-Authors, Ikigai), Mr. Sumit Sawhney (Former MD, Renault India), Mr. Aman Gupta (CMO and Co-Founder, Boat),  Ms. Vandana Chamaria (Head Of Business Marketing, Google), Mr. Karan Kumar (CMO, DLF) and Mr. Naveen Jindal (Chairman, Jindal Steel and Power Ltd).
